As within, so without

by Andrew Hughes on May 11, 2011

(There’s a video at the end of this post. It’s a long one, but well worth the time. This post sets the scene. You can read this first or skip straight to it – it’s your call ;) )

ENERGY is the prime construct of all that we see around us, of all that is.

If you took a powerful microscope and and looked at your arm under it, what you would see is … SPACE. In fact there is so much space in the average atom that, if you were to imagine the nucleus as being the size of a basketball, the electrons would in fact be in orbit more that 30km away.

As the greatest minds in the world look closely at the stuff that is the building blocks of the Universe, they see that the stuff is energy in motion. It’s the movement combined with our interpretation of that energy,  learned over time, that make it seem solid.

That means you’re essentially an energy being, whether you like it or not.

You’re an energy generator

Not only are you an energy being, but you’re a creator of electromagnetic energy. Science is now able to measure the energy and electronmagnetic signal of each thought you have. A thought is a real thing – it is of the same stuff as everything else in your life – your car, your dog, your lunch… Even though you mightn’t be able to see it, a thought is as real as everything else in your life.

So your brain is a centre of electromagnetic production, but it pales in comparison to your heart in terms of output. The field of energy pushed out by the heart is 100 times stronger electrically and upto 5000 times stronger  magnetically than from your brain. When you enter a room, what is coming from your heart gets there well before you do!

Who cares?

But so what, you might ask.

The thing about energy is, if you change its vibration, you change how it shows up in the Universe. Using a simple example, think of water – if you increase its vibrational energy, you get steam, if you slow it down you get ice.

The same applies to us – change our vibration and we change ourselves. As an added bonus, as we change the electromagnetic vibration that we are putting out, we change things around us. Ever been around someone who’s mere presence was calming, uplifting, riling, stimulating? Of course you have, and now you know why. Their energy was altering yours, even though you probably didn’t realise it.

When you change your electromagnetic field you change the world around you!

The fact is, we are connected, all of us. (Have you ever had a thought about someone and then they called you or vice versa?) More than that, our connection extends to everything else that is made of energy and can mix with and impact on our electromagnetic field (that is, THE UNIVERSE). So, when you change your electromagnetic field in a positive way, you physically make the world a better place.

How do you do it? Begin by being conscious of what you think. Research shows that for your health and relationships, feeling of love, compassion and understanding will take you a lot further than fear, anger and intolerance.

Find some time to…

If you want to really shake your world, find time to meditate (contemplation, prayer, silence – whatever name you want to give it). At a personal level, meditation is a key method of building brain coherence, an attribute that directly correlates to IQ, creativity, well being and just about every other meaningful health statistic you can think of. It’s benefits are well documented.

However, when done en masse, the electromagnetic energy created through meditation changes the lives of millions. In 1993, a group of 4000 people meditated together daily in Washington DC over an 8 week period. During that period, violent crime decreased by 23%. This study has been replicated many times. Finding a place of peace within changes your electromagnetic output and that changes our world, for the better.

Why not do your bit for the world.

Great read Andrew – just this is a gentle reminder that we have the power to change our attitudes and emit a more positive presence
